How do I reset my password?
Reset a forgotten password from the Login page. The reset message goes to the email address saved on your account.
What to do
- Open Login and select the lost-password link.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Open the reset email and follow its one-time link.
- Choose a new, unique password and then sign in again.
Good to know: If the email does not arrive, check Spam or Junk and confirm you entered the address attached to the account.
