Why can’t I log in?
Most login problems come from a mistyped email, username, password, an unactivated account, or an old browser session.
What to do
- Try Login in a private/incognito window.
- Type the username or email manually and check Caps Lock.
- Use the lost-password link if you are not certain of the password.
- Check your email for an activation or security message.
- If the page says the account is locked or restricted, stop retrying and contact support with the exact message.
