How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent and can remove access to your profile and community data.

What to do

• Download or save anything you need before continuing.
• Open Log in to delete account in your account settings.
• Read the confirmation carefully and complete the on-screen deletion step.
• If the option is unavailable, use Contact and ask for account deletion from the email attached to the account.

Good to know: Deleting an account is not the same as cancelling an order. Use the order/refund help for purchases.
