What should I do if my account is locked?
A lock can be temporary protection after repeated sign-in attempts or an account restriction that needs staff review.
What to do
- Stop repeated login attempts for a while.
- Use the lost-password link once if you may have the wrong password.
- Check your email for a lock, activation, or moderation message.
- If the lock remains, post in Help & Support or use Contact with the exact error and your username.
