How do I contact a seller?
Use the seller profile or Bmmplay private messages so the conversation stays connected to a real site account.
What to do
- Open the product page and select the seller or artist name.
- On the seller’s member profile, use the message action when available.
- Include the product link and a concise question.
- For an existing purchase, include the order number privately, not in a public comment.
