How do I upload audio or video products?

Keep the sale file separate from any public preview so customers receive the intended downloadable product.

What to do

• Open the product editor in the Seller dashboard.
• Mark the product downloadable or virtual when that matches the item.
• Upload the customer file in the downloadable-file field.
• Add a shorter preview or demo only in the preview/media field.
• Save and test the product page without exposing the full paid file publicly.
