Why was my product rejected?
A listing may be rejected for missing information, unsupported files, rights concerns, misleading details, or a store-rule problem.
What to do
- Read the rejection or moderation note.
- Compare the listing with the Terms of Service and store rules.
- Correct the specific title, description, price, image, ownership, or file issue.
- Resubmit once when the seller dashboard allows it.
- Ask support for clarification with the product URL; do not create duplicate listings to bypass review.
