What to do

  • Refresh BmmPoints and confirm the balance.
  • Write down the action, content or page URL, date/time, and expected amount.
  • Keep the original post, order, FAQ, or activity intact while it is checked.
  • Use Help & Support and avoid duplicate reports for the same event.
