How do I request account deletion?
Use the account deletion control when available, or send a deletion request from the email address attached to the account.
What to do
- Save any data or purchased files you need first.
- Open Log in to delete account and follow the confirmation.
- If the control is unavailable, use Contact and clearly request deletion.
- Respond to any identity-verification message without sending a password or full payment information.
Good to know: Account deletion is separate from refunds, subscription cancellation, or order disputes.
