Why can’t I upload files?

The upload may be blocked by its type, size, filename, connection, account permission, or storage rules.

What to do

• Confirm you are signed in and using the correct upload field.
• Try a smaller file in a common web format.
• Remove unusual characters from the filename.
• Keep the page open until the upload and processing finish.
• Try one private window or another browser.
• Report the exact error, file type, file size, and upload page.
