Why can’t I see my order?
The order may belong to another account or guest email, may not have completed, or may be filtered from the current order view.
What to do
- Open Orders while signed into the purchasing account.
- Search email for an order confirmation and note the order number.
- Check whether checkout failed before the confirmation page.
- Verify the billing email used at checkout.
- Contact support with the order number or receipt email; do not post payment details publicly.
