Why are notifications delayed?
On-site, email, and push alerts are separate systems and may not arrive at the same time.
What to do
- Check Log in to on-site notifications for the authoritative list.
- Review Log in to email notification settings and Push preferences.
- Check mail filters and browser/phone notification permissions.
- Allow time for background delivery.
- Report the event type, approximate time, and which channel was delayed.
