How do I contact support with details?
A good support report describes one problem clearly and includes evidence that is safe to share.
What to do
- Use Help & Support or Contact.
- Write a short title that names the broken feature.
- Include the page URL, exact steps, expected result, actual result, and exact error.
- Add device, operating system, browser, and approximate time.
- Attach a screenshot only after hiding email, addresses, order details, messages, and other private data.
- Never send a password, reset link, security code, or full payment number.
