How do I contact support with details?

A good support report describes one problem clearly and includes evidence that is safe to share.

What to do

  • Use Help & Support or Contact.
  • Write a short title that names the broken feature.
  • Include the page URL, exact steps, expected result, actual result, and exact error.
  • Add device, operating system, browser, and approximate time.
  • Attach a screenshot only after hiding email, addresses, order details, messages, and other private data.
  • Never send a password, reset link, security code, or full payment number.
