How do I delete messages?

Delete a private message thread from your inbox when the thread action is available.

What to do

  • Open Log in to messages.
  • Select the thread or its checkbox.
  • Choose the delete action and confirm.
  • If Delete is not shown inside the thread, return to the inbox list and check the bulk actions.

Good to know: Deletion may remove the thread only from your own inbox; it does not guarantee removal from another member’s account.
