How do I earn points from FAQs?

Some FAQ articles can award points for a complete read when that reward is enabled on the article.

What to do

  • Sign in before opening the FAQ.
  • Read the full article and remain on the page long enough for its read tracking to complete.
  • Use any claim button only once if the article provides one.
  • Watch for the success message or updated balance.
  • Do not repeatedly refresh; duplicate reads may not earn additional points.
