Mobile layout problems are often caused by zoom, stale cached files, desktop-site mode, browser extensions, or a page-specific responsive bug.

What to do

  • Turn off Request Desktop Site and return browser zoom to default.
  • Reload the page and rotate the phone once.
  • Try a private tab with blockers disabled for bmmplay.com.
  • Clear bmmplay.com site data and sign in again.
  • Update the browser or try another current browser.
  • Report the page URL, phone model, operating-system version, browser, orientation, and screenshot.
