How do I reconnect social login?
If social login stops working, first make sure the same social account and the same email are being used.
What to do
- Sign out of the social provider on shared devices.
- Return to Login and choose the same social sign-in method you originally used.
- Approve the requested connection if your provider asks.
- If it opens the wrong Bmmplay account or tries to create a new one, stop and contact support before continuing.
