Why am I not getting notifications?
A notification may be disabled in account settings, blocked by the browser, filtered by email, delayed, or not generated for that action.
What to do
- Check Log in to notifications first.
- Review Log in to email notification settings and Push preferences.
- Check Spam, Junk, and mail filters for Bmmplay email.
- In the browser or phone settings, make sure bmmplay.com is allowed to send notifications.
- Use one real test action, then wait before repeating it.
