Why didn’t I receive points?
The action may not be enabled for points, may have a daily or duplicate limit, may still be processing, or may have happened while you were signed out.
What to do
- Confirm you were signed in and the action completed successfully.
- Refresh BmmPoints once.
- Check whether you already earned points for the same item or action.
- Wait before repeating the action.
- Report the action, page URL, approximate time, and expected amount without editing or deleting the original content.
