I was reading Threads today and saw yet another post saying that anyone who uses AI must be untalented, lazy, or "doing it wrong."
That got me thinking.
For years we've accepted makeup, fake hair, filters, Photoshop, camera angles, lighting, and editing as normal ways to improve presentation online. Nobody says those things automatically erase someone's talent.
So why is AI suddenly different?
To me, AI is just another tool. It doesn't write your vision, build your work ethic, or replace your creativity. It helps present your ideas more effectively.
That's why I say:
"AI is the digital version of makeup. It doesn't replace talent—it enhances presentation."
Agree or disagree? I'm curious where people draw the line.
