How do I appeal a moderation action?

Appeal once with specific facts. An appeal is a request for review, not a new public argument about the case.

What to do

• Collect the notice, affected URL or content title, date, and account username.
• Read the rule cited in the action.
• Use the appeal link in the notice or Help & Support.
• Explain briefly what you believe was misunderstood and provide relevant context.
• Do not post private evidence publicly or open duplicate appeals.
