Agreement and operator

These Terms govern access to and use of BMMPLAY.com and related BMMPLAY services. BMMPLAY is operated by BMPGAMES, a trade name registered in New Hampshire (Business ID 938789). BMMPLAY is the public-facing service name used by BMPGAMES. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Age and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Do not create an account for a child under 13. Keep account information accurate, protect your password and devices, and report suspicious access.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you create. You give BMMPLAY a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, distribute, and technically adapt your content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your settings. You must own or have permission to upload, publish, sell, or otherwise use every part of your content.

Community conduct

• Do not impersonate another person or falsely imply endorsement.
• Do not post illegal, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, exploitative, hateful, or sexually abusive content.
• Do not harass people, expose private information, bypass security, send spam, manipulate metrics, or misuse reporting tools.
• Follow the Community Guidelines and feature-specific rules.

Marketplace and payments

Eligible sellers may offer approved digital products subject to the Seller Agreement. Purchases and refund requests are also governed by the Digital Product and Refund Policy. You authorize BMMPLAY and its payment providers to process eligible charges, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, fees, and adjustments.

BmmPoints

BmmPoints are platform rewards governed by the BmmPoints Terms. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, an investment, or a bank account.

Yalp and automated features

BMMPLAY may provide AI-powered features including Yalp. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be treated as professional advice.

Family trees and living people

Family-tree information can concern people who do not use BMMPLAY. Only add information you are authorized to share. BMMPLAY may hide or remove living-person information in response to a credible privacy, safety, or identity concern.

Moderation and service changes

BMMPLAY may investigate reports and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or remove content for rule violations, fraud, safety risks, legal requests, or operational security. Features may change or stop, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

User content is provided by members. BMMPLAY does not endorse or guarantee its accuracy, legality, safety, quality, or reliability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing rules and contact
