What file types are allowed?
The upload chooser and the current Bmmplay feature decide which file types and sizes are accepted.
What to do
- Use common web formats: JPG/PNG for images, MP3 for audio, and MP4 for video when practical.
- Choose the correct upload control for that media type.
- Read the message shown beside the field or after a rejected upload.
- Do not rename an unsupported file extension to disguise its real type.
- Ask support with the original filename, extension, file size, and upload page when the form does not explain the rejection.
