Why did my upload fail?
Uploads commonly fail because of file type, file size, connection loss, an expired login, storage limits, or a page-specific restriction.
What to do
- Confirm you are still signed in.
- Check the file extension and size.
- Try a smaller, web-friendly copy with a simple filename.
- Keep the page open on a stable connection until processing finishes.
- Try one different browser after refreshing the page.
- Report the exact error, page URL, file type, and file size; do not upload private material to a public forum.
