Why are buttons not working?

A button can be disabled by a missing requirement, an unfinished upload, stale page data, blocked JavaScript, or a browser extension.

What to do

  • Read nearby validation messages and complete required fields.
  • Wait for any upload or spinner to finish.
  • Reload the page and try once.
  • Try a private/incognito window with blockers disabled for bmmplay.com.
  • Use another current browser.
  • Report the button label, page URL, browser, and what happens when selected.
