Why is my profile photo missing?
The photo may not have saved, may still be cached, may use an unsupported image, or may be hidden by a loading problem.
What to do
- Open Log in to change profile photo and confirm the image is present.
- Upload a smaller JPG or PNG and complete the crop/save step.
- Reload Log in to your profile in a private window.
- Clear the site/browser image cache if the old image remains.
- Report the profile URL and image format if it still fails.
