MV Issue with Olivia Item Concoct Plugin

Summary

So after installing Olivia's Item Concoct plugin (found at https://fallenangelolivia.itch.io/item-concoctions), I've recently encountered an issue: the plugin works fine under ordinary circumstances, however, after selecting two items to combine and before confirming the target, cancelling out of this back to the first item selection and choosing a different 1st item will cause a crash with the following error: { "lightbox_close": "Close", "lightbox_next": "Next",

So after installing Olivia's Item Concoct plugin (found at https://fallenangelolivia.itch.io/item-concoctions), I've recently encountered an issue: the plugin works fine under ordinary circumstances, however, after selecting two items to combine and before confirming the target, cancelling out of this back to the first item selection and choosing a different 1st item will cause a crash with the following error:

Oddly enough, this doesn't occur when trying to select a different 2nd item, only the 1st. This error doesn't occur with a fresh project so I suspect there may be a plugin conflict involved. I've included a list below:
