Summary

EDIT, 1/30/21: Looked into it on my own and I'm going with Yanfly's Party System, as it better fits what I want, and I'll be further tweaking my event to suit it. But perhaps this might be useful to anyone that's had a similar issue if someone comes here and provides a fix. But if such a thread already exists... oops. Made a backup of my project so I can test this, and as I feared, I encountered the bug I've mentioned in the thread linked above. This plugin seems to ignore the party limit and highlights an extra slot.

I specified the limit at four in the plugin parameters, and made sure the script calls are correct:

I can only do this in Party Manager, it seems. For Party Switch, you can only change the text that appears.
