Summary

Hey. I want to make a skill that affects block rate, just like you can with critical rate. AP_Blocking Plugin and Desc My end goal is to make blocking and critical hitting polar opposites, one doubles damage, one halves damage. Skills and Items will be able to affect the rate of all moves being blocked by a percentile increase or decrease.

AP_Blocking Plugin and Desc

My end goal is to make blocking and critical hitting polar opposites, one doubles damage, one halves damage.

Skills and Items will be able to affect the rate of all moves being blocked by a percentile increase or decrease.

I am just getting familiar with notetags, but by reading the values given in the AP_Blocking's description, there is only <Ignore blocking> in it. Is there still a way to achieve this within the skill database notetags?
