Summary
I am using this plugin https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DreamXRMMV/Rpg-Maker-MV/master/DreamX_BattlerSpriteIcons.js from DreamX for MV. I tried Olivia's and that one REALLY didn't work even with her hud so I think this one is our best shot currently. I am using Luna MV to add state Tooltips.

I am using Luna MV to add state Tooltips.
The way it works is that effects are added in a row (1.2.3) with bad and good effects having their own rows.
This is fine HOWEVER
Its only showing the first effect on each row.
So the hover works and the effect moves to the side to accommodate the next one
but the next one never appears until the first is gone and it can take its place.
When I do this in a new project the plugin does work, so I don't think its inherently flawed.
If there is any solution, a different plugin, javascript or doing the system itself somehow in luna. I am more than willing to do it!
