Summary

I'm looking for the terms of use for this plugin MULI_WindowTextField.js by @moonyoulove . I did try to translate the comments in the code using Google, but I couldn't find any terms. I was also unable to find terms on the GitHub page. Is there a common TOS adhered to by those who post on GitHub? Thank you for any help you can offer.
