Hello, everyone! The plugin in question, Yanfly Keyboard Config, has been working perfectly fine since I first started using it, and it technically still does. However, I recently installed an SFont using Victor Engine's SFont Plugin, which I've been tweaking with for a few days now to get it to look perfect for my game. The two plugins have caused a small problem for each other, however. Currently, my SFont (included below) is much too large, however rescaling it is not negotiable.
Other aspects of my game have been adjusted with relative ease to adhere to the large font, however the one aspect I can't get to line up in a comfortable way is the UI for the Keyboard Config screen. Because there's no font adjustment, the text stacks up on each other in a very ugly manner.
Obviously, this won't do, and while I do have the option to edit the text for the key's commands (Confirm, Cancel, etc), there's no in-plugin option to change the names of the keys themselves, meaning I can't assign a smaller font to them or change their names to fit better on the screen.
So, after thoroughly scanning the Terms of Use for the plugin (and please correct me if I am mistaken), it appears there's no restriction on editing the plugin itself, so I'd like to go into the .JS and manually reassign the names of the keys. Problem is, I'm not really sure how to do that!
So, I know this is a complicated request so I don't expect too many people to be willing to help, but is there any chance somebody might know where in the file I'd be able to adjust the names of the keys or even their text colours?
Thank you very much!
