Summary

My project is mostly boosted by Yanfly's plugins but this time I decided to add more taste to my game giving my protagonists typical basic passive skills. I don't remember in wich video of Yanfly's tips or plugins tutorials I saw in skill list there was skill marked as "passive". I searched board for similar question but most of answers forwared me to YEP_AutoPassiveStates wich is not what I need.

I saw in skill list there was skill marked as "passive". I searched board for similar question but most of answers forwared me
to YEP_AutoPassiveStates wich is not what I need.
I Also found some plugins wich suppose to make passive skills such as MrTS_PassiveSkills.js and Moogle_X_PassiveSkills but that's not
exacly what I need.

To be more clear, I want to create a skill that is simply shown in skill list, in skill cost column shows text "Passive".
