Summary
Well, this is by far the most stupid problem I've run into -_- There is simply no reason for it to NOT work. I can't even find the source of the problem There is a door which animates without any problems when the player presses 'enter' infront of it (it opens without any problems). There is a door which animates without any problems when the player presses 'enter' infront of it (it opens without any problems).

And then I have another event which activates when a specific part of the story unfolds. That door is supposed to open (animate) But it simply doesn't. This is the event page:
Honestly, maybe I'm in the early stages of dengue and my brain isn't working or I'm just stupid. Anyways, please help!

Yeah I know the trigger is set to action button but that's not the point! I make sure to press enter when I'm on top of the event
