Summary

Basically im trying to have my states fall into two categories and have each category run different code to see if if the state applies, and i need to be able to reference actor stats in these formula, couldn't find anything to help me do this plugin wise can maybe someone help me at least find the code in rpg maker that i should start editing i could probably make my own plugin if i knew where to start. or maybe i can use Yanfly Param script, does anyone know...
