Summary

I'm having some issues with Yanfly's Element Core plugin. I'm trying to get something to where it absorbs a certain kind of element, but for some reason, the creature takes 0 damage instead of absorbing the element or actually ends up taking damage depending on what Multi-Element Rule I have tagged to the item. But no matter what i try, the creature never actually absorbs the element. Even if i change the type of damage to fire type and remove the note tags. any help trying to figure this out would be...
