How do I place multiple tiles with one click?

I'm having a problem where more than one tiles are selected in map mode, and they don't place all of the selected tiles unless I drag my mouse down. I saw someone that was able to place selected tiles in one click, which is much faster. I'll post a picture to try and demonstrate what I'm talking about.
