Summary

I put a video clip of the issue that I caught on my phone ( Yea its lazy but I just wiped my computer data, so shut up!) its the animation is all wobbly and its cropped. I tried the imgs that the folder provided me and still same result. what am I missing or doing wrong?  View attachment video-1471065060.mp4 EDIT: I should look like this, but it does not

not only that I have to rename it sometimes with an extra _be. example. actor1_1_be_be.


any help would be appreciated
