Hello All! I have been scouring the web for an answer to this. Keep in mind that I'm not very script savvy, so I have to do most things in the editor strictly via eventing. Also, if this is in the wrong place, please let me know the best place to put it. I'm feeling super discouraged and about ready to give up on this. OKAY SO
I have a lot of different maps in my game, where the exits are on screen. Some of them are 2 to 3 tiles wide.
I need help getting the events that transfer the player to ONLY DO IT WHEN THE PLAYER IS FACING A CERTAIN DIRECTION.
The conditional branches work great for this!....... Unless the player is already standing on the tile, or if they walked onto the tile
facing the wrong direction.
I need help with figuring out a way for the event to check the character's direction regardless of whether they are facing the right
direction when they first touch the tile, or if they turn that direction, after already standing on the tile.
