Summary

in screen shot 1 red circle actor 4  is not in the battle party because i set the limit to 3, how do i make the menu not show actors on the side line and only show the battle party of 3? in screen shot 1 red circle formation highlight how can i separate the use of it from the party system?, i mean like make formation work like normal and that when using it does not trigger the party system screen? i turn it off in the battle and...

in screen shot 1 red circle formation highlight how can i separate the use of it from the party system?, i mean like make formation work like normal and that when using it does not trigger the party system screen? i turn it off in the battle and made a save crystal that does the party member changing.

in screen shot 2 with the row formation plugin  on the next page it will allow actor 4 row changing but hes not in the battle party how do i stop actors in the side line from even showing in the row formation screen and only show battle party actors?
