Summary
EDIT: Never mind! I feel really dumb for not thinking of this before, but I was able to find out what the problem was. For any future person who may see this: the problem was that I did not change the base delay to 0 in the settings for the FF battle log so they were fighting with the delay options in one of the yanfly scripts. EDIT #2: Turns out that didnt help at all. If I find a solution I'll add one more edit but for now if...

EDIT #2: Turns out that didnt help at all. If I find a solution I'll add one more edit but for now if you're using Coolie's FF battle Log plugin and Yanfly's scripts some attacks are probably going to show up as double.
For some reason some of my states that deal with dealing damage to multiple random enemies there will be an extra 'line' of damage that shows up. I'm not actually sure if the game is counting it or not but I honestly have no idea what I did to make it do this. It's happened on a regen state I made as well.
Here's what I've written in the skill tab:

The attack is supposed to hit two enemies once.
but then when i try it out with some troops:

It attacks three times. It doesn't happen every time so I'm pretty confused as to why it's happening. I've also got a list of the plugins I'm currently using.
