So here's my load order:

Here's the error as displayed in the game:

It appears after I select New Game or Continue, basically, it won't let me get past the menu.

And here's the console screenshot:

After disabling Kaus Ultimate Overlay the game starts fine, albeit the first two errors still appear in the console.
