Summary

Hey all, trying to adjust a single tile set model. I have cropped it in paint from the original set, and edited as i please, then using GIMP I have made it transparent again, saving it under characters, When using as an image  the model only uses a tiny crop of the picture I made, scaling with it even if i change its size. not sure if the picture shows the problem clearly or not, Thanks
