I am having an issue with attack conditions ever since buying and downloading the latest version of RPG Maker VX Ace.
Protected download
Every time I specify HP conditions for an attack, RPG Maker VX Ace always either zeros the conditions out or puts a ridiculously weird number in place of it.
If I set any HP condition that does not start with 0, like this

RPG Maker always zeros out the starting number and puts a weird ending number as you see in the first screenshot. It does not matter what the starting and ending number is, as long as it is NOT 0, RPG Maker automatically zeros out the first number and puts a weird impossible number as the ending number.
For conditions starting with zero: Protected download
RPG Maker zeros out the whole thing and the attack is NEVER used!
This is the same with previous enemies that had ranges already set.
You can see in the first screenshot, it says 0% to 0% despite the fact that I have it set to 0% to 50%.
Closing and reopening RPG Maker VX Ace does NOT fix the issue and this is a problem on ALL attacks with HP conditions.
This was NOT an issue with the older version that I was using. This became a problem when I bought the latest version from the official website.
The latest version broke attack conditions completely.
Does anybody know what the problem could be and how do I fix this?
