Summary
So... I had made a character sheet (8 characters total) using GameCharacterHub Portfolio. VX Ace displayed my characters normally, and with no problems in-game. After some playtesting, I realised they were too large for the game, so I reduced all character sheets by 20% using paint.net. Specially, I resized THE ENTIRE image by 20% (576*576 -> 461*461), yet, when I tried to use those very same files in VX Ace, which supossedly should not have cared since it's still an 8-character-sheet that's properly positioned in its own image, the sprite...

Specially, I resized THE ENTIRE image by 20% (576*576 -> 461*461), yet, when I tried to use those very same files in VX Ace, which supossedly should not have cared since it's still an 8-character-sheet that's properly positioned in its own image, the sprite boxes were misallingned (see image below). I do not understand why, and I no longer have the original character sprites to just copy-paste them back in (unless Archeia manages to do some magic I asked her to).
Does anyone know what went wrong or have advice how to fix it? All help would be appreciated.
