I don't know if anyone has asked this or if anyone had this problem and I'm not sure if I should post this problem here, but if I were to describe this strange issue, there is a problem with the game map when you start up and this black outline up above appears after a few seconds. As for how you get the bug. Just start the game and it'll appear after a few seconds.
