Summary

I'm having an issue with tiles moving around the map at a different speed than the parallax background, making things change position. Is there a way to fix this? I want to draw my own backgrounds in the future and use tilesets as well (for passability etc) Here are some example images (excuse the terrible art, it's just something silly to use as an example)
