Summary

Ok so whenever I try to playtest my game in MV, after I move around for a while a weird black bar will appear(refer to image) at the top of the screen and I can't get rid of it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've disabled plugins, disabled steam workshop stuff, disabled dlc and the problem won't go away. The problem is the same even when I deploy the game. Someone please help me. {
