Making an event light up between a range of hours using Vlue Basic Time and Zeus81 Lights and Shadow

These scripts: Vlue Basic Time (https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/basic-game-time-night-day.1079/) and Zeus81 Lights and Shadows (https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/zeus-lights-shadows.16040/). How do I make that? I already tried a method Vlue said in the script post but I cant get to get it working. The event always lights up but when 7:00 comes it is supposed to fade until it's 18:00 again but it just keeps being lighted. Here are the images of my event. I already tried using only one conditional branch and trying different = combinations... {
